Preparation

  1. Peel apples

  2. Cut apples in half and core them

  3. Quarter the apples

  4. Put the water, sugar, and cinnamon in a pot with the apples

  5. 10 mins

    Bring to boiling, then simmer for 8-10 mins. stirring

  6. When soft, stab at apples with a fork

  7. Mash the apples and serve.
