  • 2 pounds
    broccoli crowns, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup
    red onion, diced fine
  • ½ cup
    raisins
  • bacon, cooked crispy, chopped
  • ¼ cup
    sunflower seeds, toasted
  • Dressing
  • ¾ cup
    mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons
    white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons
    sugar

Preparation

  1. Toss broccoli, onion, raisins, and bacon in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk mayo, vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Season aggressively with salt and pepper.
