Sweat the shallots and garlic. Don't brown em fully, just make em sweat
Mix shallots and garlic, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper. Add enough bbq sauce to color the mixture slightly
Lightly coat the baking pan in olive oil, butter, or other cooking lubricant. Add mixture, shaped into a loaf, and cover in a thin layer of bbq sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees, 45-50 minutes
