Ingredients

    meatless sausage patties
  • 8 ounces
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 4
    cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and white pepper, to taste
  • 8
    eggs
  • 1 cup
    half and half
  • 1 cup
    shredded cheddar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 10 mins

    Saute the sausage until brown and break it up into bite size pieces. Set aside.

  3. 10 mins

    Saute mushrooms and garlic until soft. Season to taste, erring on the salty side. Add to the bowl with the sausage.

  4. 5 mins

    Whisk eggs and milk until well combined.

  5. 30 mins

    Spray pie pan. Add sausage, then mushrooms, then cheese, then pour eggs on top. Bake until just set.
