Traditional russian crepes - blini
Measure milk with a cup and pour in the large bowl, add eggs and salt.
Add sugar first, then add olive oil (with the same tablespoon).
Add baking soda into measuring cup then add vinegar. Mix to activate and add water. Mix and pour into large bowl.
Mix in the large bowl. Continue mixing while gradually adding flour. Flour goes last to avoid clumps.
Heat pan. Spray pan with oil and cook until golden on one side then flip.
Makes 20 crepes
