Preparation

  1. 5 mins

    Mix eggs, milk, water, flour, salt, and butter in a bowl using a mixer or whisk. While doing this heat up the crepe pan.

  2. 15 mins

    Butter pan and ladle batter onto the pan; Each ladling should use about 1/2 cup of batter. Cook for 30 seconds per side.
