Sift the flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Separately cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla to creamed sugar and mix until combined, then add peanut butter and mix again.
Add the flour in small batches and mix until uniform. Add any extras and mix.
Chill dough
Preheat oven to 350°F and dark baking sheet. If lighter baking sheet, bake at 375°.
Use .25 oz scoop and flatten cookies with a fork.
Bake!
Take out of the oven. If using, push reeses pieces into the tops.
Let sit for 10 minutes, then move to wire rack for 10 minutes.
