In a small saucepan, on medium heat. Heat up the coconut milk, sugar and soy sauce. Remove from heat as soon as it becomes hot, making sure not to burn it.
In a bowl, add the peanut butter and sesame oil, start pouring very slowly the hot milk. Giving a good mix after every addition.
Once the mixture becomes very thick add a bit more milk, mix again and repeat until you have a thick sauce. Similar to a sour cream texture. You can always thin it out with more milk if you find that its too thick, it can be different depending on the brand of peanut butter you have.
If you do not have natural peanut butter, you can use the other brands just make sure to adjust the sugar. It will be sweeter than natural PB.
I was in a hurry when I tried this recipe and simply mixed all the ingrdient together wihtout the cooking part. It ended up being super good anyway.
