Chop up the chicken and toss it in soy sauce, rice vinegar, agave/honey/sugar, pepper, and garlic. Marinade for at least 20 minutes.
Stir fry the chicken until it's fully cooked.
Toss in the harder vegetables (asparagus/red pepper) and stir fry for a bit longer.
Then, toss in the tomatoes/basil, cashews, and green onions and stir fry for another minute.
Move the stir fry into a bowl and serve in a lettuce wrap.
