    chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon
    soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon
    rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon
    sugar, agave, or honey
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons
    cashews
  • 1
    green onion, chopped
  • 1
    bunch of asparagus, chopped
  • 1
    cup cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
  • butter lettuce, however much you need
  • salt & pepper, to taste

    Chop up the chicken and toss it in soy sauce, rice vinegar, agave/honey/sugar, pepper, and garlic. Marinade for at least 20 minutes.

    Stir fry the chicken until it's fully cooked.

    Toss in the harder vegetables (asparagus/red pepper) and stir fry for a bit longer.
