This low and slow recipe results in tender, fall off the bone ribs. You can adjust the rub mix to suit your preferences.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Prepare dry rub. Mix cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl. For a little kick, add cayenne pepper.
Spice mix
Prepare ribs. Remove membrane from the bone side of the rack. At one corner of the rack, lift and loosen the membrane. Grab the membrane with one hand and hold down the rack with the other hand to slowly peel off the membrane. Cut rack into four sections (3-4 ribs each). Apply rub on all sides of each section.

Wrap each section in aluminum foil and place them meat side down on a rimmed baking sheet.
