nice and easy
mix together until it's stretchy in a bowl
slide dough into oiled dish - should be "shaggy and stretchy" ( very wet)
add additional olive oil as a topping
let it rest for 4 hours
oil a baking dish (9x12?)
drizzle with more oil / make dimples with your fingers (gently punch fingers into dough)
slide dough into dish and let it rest 45 minutes
bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes
