Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups
    water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon
    Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon
    instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon
    salt
  • 3¾ cups
    wheat flour (470 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon
    olive oil, additional for drizzles

Preparation

  1. 15 mins

    mix together until it's stretchy in a bowl

  2. slide dough into oiled dish - should be "shaggy and stretchy" ( very wet)

  3. add additional olive oil as a topping

  4. 4 hrs

    let it rest for 4 hours

  5. oil a baking dish (9x12?)

  6. drizzle with more oil / make dimples with your fingers (gently punch fingers into dough)

  7. 45 mins

    slide dough into dish and let it rest 45 minutes

  8. 25 mins

    bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes
