Grind the white peppercorns to a fine powder.
Combine the butter, honey and ground pepper in a mixing bowl and mix.
Add the salt and mix until the salt is evenly distributed.
Form the butter into the desired shape. I typically roll it as follows:
Place the butter in the middle of a sheet of plastic wrap.
Gently wrap the plastic wrap around the butter, evening it out with your fingers.
Twist at both ends of the plastic wrap and gently roll, making sure to remove the air.

Eke! I never heard of pepper or salt for that matter in a honey butter. Course I made some a few weeks ago using salted butter and honey.
