White Bean & Rosemary Hummus

  • 3 cups
    white or cannellini beans, (2 - 15oz cans)
  • ¼ cup
    tahini
  • ¼ cup
    vegetable broth or water
  • 3 tablespoons
    baslamic vinegar
  • 2
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon
    rosemary, minced

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a food processor or blender and run until it's nice and creamy.

  2. 30 mins

    Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
