Sourdough Crackers

Ingredients

  • 200 grams
    sourdoug starter
  • 30 grams
    butter, melted
  • 1 gram
    salt
  • 2 teaspoons
    dried herbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 C

  2. 5 mins

    Melt the butter and let cool a bit

  3. 5 mins

    Mix together all the ingredients

  4. 2 mins

    Spread in a thin layer on baking sheet. Approximately 3-5 mm

  5. Sprinkle some salt on top

  6. 10 mins

    Bake for 10 minutes

  7. 3 mins

    Remove and score to desired size

  8. 40 mins

    Return to oven and bake for about 30-50 minutes until golden brown and dried out.
