This is Aunt Jenny's as well. It was hard to record this here, since the recipe there were zero measurements and "throw a handful of breadcrumbs on" esque directions lol. This may have to be retweaked after I test with these measurements. And maybe add more herbs and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces
    frozen artichoke hearts, sliced into eighths
  • 3 tablespoons
    olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon
    salt
  • 1 teaspoon
    pepper
  • 3 tablespoons
    garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons
    parsley
  • ½ cup
    water

Preparation

  1. 10 mins

    Cover bottom of casserole dish with olive oil. Layer artichokes in pan,. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley. Layer artichokes again and repeat until finished. Top with breadcrumbs.

  2. 5 mins

    Pour water carefully at side of dish until it almost reaches the top.

  3. 1 hr

    Bake at 325 for one hour, or until tender.
