Ingredients

  • 6 cups
    Mixed Chex Cereal
  • 2 cups
    bite-size pretzel twists
  • 2 cups
    bite-size cheese crackers
  • 6 tablespoons
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1
    (1 ounce) package ranch dressing and seasoning mix
  • 1½
    ounces garlic cheese sprinkle
  • 2 cups
    cashew halves and pieces, optional - other nuts would also be good

    In large microwaveable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in cereal, pretzels and crackers until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and garlic cheese sprinkles until evenly coated.

  2. Microwave uncovered on High 5-6 minutes, stirring each 2 minutes. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
