Grandmas Super Cookies from my cousin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    sugar
  • 1 cup
    light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup
    butter, softened
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons
    vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon
    baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon
    salt
  • 3 cups
    all-purpose flour
  • 12 ounces
    milk chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces
    sliced almonds
  • 10 ounces
    Reese’s Peanut Butter chips
  • 10 ounces
    Heath toffee bits

Preparation

  1. 30 secs

    Take butter from fridge and microwave 30 seconds to soften.

  2. Preheat oven to convection 375°F.

  3. 1 min

    Place sugar, brown sugar, margarine, eggs, and vanilla in mixer bowl. Mix for about 1 minute.

  4. 2 mins

    Gradually add baking soda, salt and flour to sugar mixture and mix about 2 minutes.

  5. 2 mins

    Add chocolate chips, almonds, and peanut butter chips, English toffee bits until mixed.

  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.

  7. 11 mins

    Bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes.

  8. 30 mins

    Let cool completely on pan.

Notes

Cooks multiple trays at once, doesn’t rotate, however if the bottom ones don’t look dark enough, you can rotate and cook another minute or so
