Barley Schnuggens Crispy Kook Taters

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds
    Baby Potatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup
    Choice of frying Oil
  • 8 tablespoons
    CK Blend, Or to taste
  • 1
    Lemon
  • 4 tablespoons
    EVOO
  • 1 cup
    Parsley, finely chopped

Equipment

  • Cast iron skillet
  • Serving/Mixing Bowl
  • Slotted spoon

Preparation

  1. 10 mins

    Parboil potatoes in salted water, or until just tender

  2. Transfer potatoes to a bowl, season with CK Blend generously

  3. 3 mins

    Cook in oil in cast iron skillet, until crispy

  4. Remove potatoes to paper towels to remove excess oil

  5. Return potatoes to bowl, finish with lemon juice and EVOO, chopped parsely
