Ingredients

  • 2 pounds
    Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons
    Basalmic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons
    Hot Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons
    EVOO
  • 2
    Lemons, Split, for juicing
  • 1
    Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • Salt, To taste
  • Pepper, To taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    Mix basalmic vinegar, hot sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl
    Reserve for after brussels sprouts are cooked

  3. Cut brussels sprouts in half and toss with EVOO, salt, and pepper

  4. Spread brussels sprouts on cooking tray or aluminum foil

  5. 30 mins

    Bake brussels sprouts for 30 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned
