Preheat your oven to broil and line a big baking dish with foil (trust me on the foil — cleanup is everything).
Plop the chicken in the dish and mix the coriander, salt, and chutney in a small bowl.
Brush half the chutney mixture all over the chicken. The 5-year-old loves helping with this part.
Broil for about 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and brush with the rest of the glaze. (Don't worry if it looks a little messy — that's the point)
Broil another 10 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through (165°F if you're checking).
Squeeze lime juice over everything before serving.
