  • 160 grams
    Noodles
  • 200 grams
    Chicken, Cubed, marinated
  • 2 teaspoons
    Oil
  • 150 grams
    Light Cream 10-20%
  • 1
    Onion, Diced
  • Salt, Pepper, whatever else

Preparation

    Heat up the pan with oil really well, and add chicken with onions. Cook till the chicken is browned

    Meanwhile, boil noodles according to the packet directions

  3. 5 mins

    Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add cream, and stir constantly, until thickened. It will take about 5 minutes.

    Add your desired spices

    When the noodles are cooked, transfer them to the pan. Reserve a little of pasta water. Stir the noodles in and cook for about half a minute, stirring.

Notes

If the marinade involved lemon juice, the cream might separate. Stirring constantly might be boring, but it achieves smooth consistency. The higher the fat percentage, the richer will sauce be, but 20% is really pushing it, in my opinion.
You can use butter, if you like, instead of oil.
