A recipe of my childhood.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9"x13" baking pan.
Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream 1/2 cup parmesan, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Spread over top of chicken, and sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
Bake 1 hour. Serve over rice or pasta.
