A super easy glaze to use on any kind of roasted vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons
    Honey, Runny is best. Or try microwaving for 20sec to make it easier to pour
  • 2 tablespoons
    Dijon mustard, Or 1 tablespoon English Mustard if you're brave
  • 2 tablespoons
    Sunflower Oil, Roast with sunflower oil or any oil with a high smoking point - not olive oil
  • 2 pinches
    Pepper (freshly ground), Be generous with the pepper!
  • 1 pinch
    Salt

Preparation

    Mix everything together in a cup or small bowl using a spoon.
