Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain all fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to package directions. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled beef, mayonnaise, ketchup, drained beans, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips on the side.
This keeps in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Do not reheat - serve cold. Mix well before serving leftovers.
