Ingredients

    ground beef
  • taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup
    mayonnaise
  • ½ cup
    ketchup
  • pork and beans, drained
  • 1 cup
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2
    tomatoes, diced
  • iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • tortilla chips, for serving

Preparation

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain all fat.

  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to package directions. Let cool completely.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled beef, mayonnaise, ketchup, drained beans, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
