Heat oil in pan. Add channa, cashews and jeera and roast. Don't burn.
Add salt, pinch of turmeric and mix.
Add onions and coriander and fry till onions are translucent.
Add rava and mix thoroughly.
Add 3 cups of water slowly and keep stirring to prevent lumps from being formed.
Once thoroughly mixed, put the lid and let cook for few mins.
If needed add more water.
After desired soft, creamy consistency is reached, add ghee and mix. Then add lemon juice and mix.
Top with fresh coriander, little ghee and serve hot.
