This is the micronutrient-dense smoothie that I drink every morning. It will give you energy andwill deliver most of the vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and fiber you need for the day,plus, it is also satiating! I use a blendtec blender because it demolishes everything you put inthere with little to no effort. Seriously, using a high-powered blender to consume my smoothieshas changed my life because making healthy, nutrient-rich smoothies every morning is nolonger a chore. In this guide, I discuss a few of the important micronutrients in the smoothieand explain the important role they play in the human body. I also provide a table with themicronutrient content in each ingredient and the total.
