    Vanilla Protein Powder, SunWarrior Warrior Blend optional

    Reishi Powder optional

    Walnuts, May Sub Almonds or Cashews
  • ¼
    Apple, Peeled
  • 4 ounces
    Frozen Cherries
  • 4 ounces
    Frozen Raspberries / Blueberries, May Use Either or Both
  • 1 teaspoon
    Coconut Butter optional
