  • ⅓ cup
    rice
  • ½ cup
    cilantro, packed
  • 1 tablespoon
    olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon
    lime
  • 1 teaspoon
    salt

Preparation

  1. 20 mins

    Cook rice over the stove or in a rice cooker.

  2. 5 mins

    Blend cilantro, olive oil, lime and salt until it is combined and smooth.

  3. 2 mins

    Add cilantro mix into the rice and combine thoroughly.
