I haven't figured this recipe out yet. Made it and the dish wasn't very good.
Cook white rice.
Scramble eggs and cook until lightly done.
Oil wok and apply medium heat.
Cook garlic, green onion, peas, and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
Add rice to wok and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir thoroughly to combine rice with other ingredients.
Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce. Stir in and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and shoaxing wine. Stir in and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add meat and eggs. Stir in and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat when ready. Garnish with green onions.
