  • 750 grams
    Ripe bananas, Save half banana for slices on the top
  • ½ cup
    Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup
    Coconut oil, Melted
  • ¼ cup
    Plant-based milk
  • 3 tablespoons
    Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups
    Flour
  • 1 teaspoon
    Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon
    Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon
    Cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon
    Salt

Preparation

  1. 15 mins

    Blend wet ingredients until they form a thick paste.

  2. 10 mins

    Sift dry ingredients together. Fold them in to wet bowl, without over-mixing.

    Pour batter into loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Top with reserved banana slices.
