Ingredients

  • 3 cups
    sugar
  • ¾ cup
    butter
  • ⅔ cup
    evaporated milk, (5 1/3 oz can)
  • 12 ounces
    chocolate chips
  • 1
    can of marshmallow creme, 7oz
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla
  • Pumpkin Topping
  • 2 cups
    white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons
    canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon
    pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Fudge Baking Instructions:

  2. Bring sugar, butter, and milk to full roaring boil, stirring constantly.

  3. 5 mins

    Boil for 5 minutes at medium heat, stirring constantly.

  4. Remove from heat between 235-240 degrees Fahrenheit.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips until melted.

  6. Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla and beat until fluffy and smooth.

  7. Pour into greased 9x13" pan and cool at room temperature.

  8. Pumpkin Topping Instructions:

    Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for about 1 minute

  10. Fully stir in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.

  11. Put topping on top of fudge (recommended to be done after fudge has cooled for a bit)
