Chop the hard-boiled egg into small pieces - nothing too precise, just rough chunks will do.
Add the drained tuna and break it up a bit with a fork.
Mix in mayo and pickle relish to taste - I'm quite generous with both, honestly. Start with a couple tablespoons of mayo and a good spoonful of relish, then adjust.
Serve on crackers for a quick bite or pile it onto bread for a proper sandwich.
