In a big bowl, gently break up that tuna with a fork - don't mash it to death, baby, we want some chunks left.
Fold in the corn, diced bell pepper, and red onion - that's part of our holy trinity right there, cher.
Add those kidney beans and season everything good with salt and pepper. Taste it - this is your lunch, make it sing.
Divide your greens between two plates and give them a light sprinkle of salt.
Pile that tuna mixture right on top of those greens - don't be shy about it.
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, then dust with just enough cayenne to wake up your taste buds. (Fresh lemon juice makes all the difference - that bottled stuff won't do this salad justice.)
