Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl until smooth.
Fold in chopped eggs, diced tomatoes, blue cheese, and bacon crumbles. Mix gently to keep ingredients intact.
Lay ham slices flat. Place one lettuce leaf on each slice.
Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of egg mixture at one end of each ham slice.
Roll tightly from the filled end. Secure with toothpick. (Roll firmly but don't squeeze - you want the filling to stay put without bursting out)
