Ingredients

  • deli ham, thin sliced
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon
    Dijon mustard

    eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 2
    tomatoes, small, diced and drained
  • ¼ cup
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 8
    butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried

Preparation

  1. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Fold in chopped eggs, diced tomatoes, blue cheese, and bacon crumbles. Mix gently to keep ingredients intact.

  3. Lay ham slices flat. Place one lettuce leaf on each slice.

  4. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of egg mixture at one end of each ham slice.
