Let your cream cheese sit out for like 10 minutes so it's not rock hard - learned this the hard way when I tried to spread cold cream cheese and tore through the ham.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice of ham. Don't go crazy with it or you'll have cream cheese squishing out everywhere when you roll.
Roll up each slice tightly, starting from one end. That's literally it.
These are weirdly addictive and perfect when you need something that looks fancy but requires zero cooking skills. I make these when I'm too lazy to actually cook but want to feel like I contributed to a gathering.
