Ingredients

  • 3½ cups
    all purpose flour, 435g
  • ¼ cup
    brown sugar, 55g
  • 2 teaspoons
    instant yeast, 6g
  • 1 teaspoon
    salt, 5g
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 cup
    pineapple juice, 250ml
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla, 5ml
  • ¼ cup
    softened butter, you can use salted or unsalted butter
  • Plus melted butter to brush the bread
