combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until uniform
add egg, pineapple juice vanilla
stand mixer dough attachment for speed 1
speed 2
add 1/4 cup softened butter
turn out into an oiled bowl / form into a ball
let it rest until doubled in size
degas the dough by turning it into a bowl
flatten to rectangle - divide into 16 pieces
form into a ball and cover for 15 minutes
flatten out to eliminate gas
roll each ball (second time) / pinch seam to seal and roll under your palm
place in a pan w/parchment paper / rest 30 minutes (9x9 Square Pan)
brush with eggwash (1 egg + 2 TBS milk)
Bake at 355 for 20-23 minutes until golden brown
brush with melted / salted butter while still hot
