Harmony of flavors cooked inside bell peppers.
Carefully remove peppers' heads with a knife, and clean inside.
Dice onions and tomatoes into a mixing bowl. Add the rest of ingredients to the same bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Stuff peppers with the mixture. Make sure not to overfill, as rice will expand.
Sort standing stuffed peppers in a pan that is as deep as peppers. You can add your extra mixture to pan too.
Add 2 cups of water. Turn heat to high until water boils. Then cook in low heat for about 1.5 hours.
Serve with yogurt, afiyet olsun!
