Ingredients

    pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons
    Knorr seasoning
  • ¼ cup
    lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon
    black pepper, fresh cracked
  • 2 tablespoons
    butter, unsalted
  • 1
    onion, sliced thin
  • 8 ounces
    shiitake mushrooms, sliced, stems removed

Preparation

  1. Mix pork strips with seasoning, lime juice, garlic, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let the flavors do their work.

  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions.
