A souper easy and quick recipe for a nice hearty soup.

Ingredients

  • 30 ounces
    Stewed Tomatoes
  • 15 ounces
    whole tomatoes
  • 8 ounces
    baby spinach
  • 1 cup
    onion, cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons
    garlic, chopped
  • 32 fluid ounces
    liquid(stock/water etc)
  • 4 ounces
    celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon
    olive oil, anything will do for saute
  • 1 teaspoon
    rosemary, also any other dry spice like thyme etc.
