Ingredients

  • 1.5 liters
    Dry Red or White Wine, We've always used Carlo Rossi in the past, but I think my taste in wine might've matured just enough that I'd enjoy this more if it's made with something slightly nicer. Like Rooster Wine or Yellow Tail.

    Lemons, cut into wedges
  • 2
    Oranges, cut into wedges
  • 2
    Limes, cut into wedges
  • 2
    Peaches, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups
    Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup
    Lemonade or Limeade
  • 1 cup
    sugar
  • 4 cups
    Canada Dry Cranberry Gingerale, I'm sure the reg stuff'd be fine, but this is our fave.

Preparation

    Pour the wine into a very large pitcher.

    (If you don't own a fancy, decorative pitcher then an emptycheese puff container or a big pot works just fine.)

    Squeeze the juice from the lemon, lime, and orange wedges into the pitcher, tossing the wedge in after. Leave out seeds if possible.

    Add the peaches, strawberries, lemonade/limeade, and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

    Chill in the fridge overnight.

    Add ginger ale and ice just before serving.
