Preheat your broiler and position the rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
Arrange the English muffin halves cut-side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Top each muffin half with a tomato slice, then a generous scoop of the turkey mixture, and finally a slice of cheese.
Broil for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
Serve immediately while hot.
