Ingredients

    Chicken Thighs
  • 2
    Chicken Legs
  • ¾ cup
    Soy sauce
  • 1 cup
    Cane Vinegar
  • ¼ cup
    Vegetable oil
  • 3
    Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon
    Cracked pepper
  • 1
    Head of garlic, Crushed, or finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon
    Brown sugar

Preparation

  1. 15 mins

    Add Garlic, Oil, Pepper, Chicken to fry-pan, cook on medium heat browning the chicken

  2. Add bay leaves, soy sauce and vinegar

  3. 40 mins

    Cook until sauce is reduced 30-45 minutes

  4. Add sugar

  5. Cook until sauce is reduced to a thick syrup
