  • pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • black beans, drained and rinsed
  • pork and beans
  • pineapple chunks, unsweetened, drained
  • ½ cup
    hickory barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons
    yellow mustard
  • 1
    yellow onion, diced
  • 1
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups
    smoked ham, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons
    red wine vinegar
  • black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

  1. Dump everything except the vinegar and pepper into your slow cooker - beans, pineapple, BBQ sauce, mustard, onion, bell pepper, and ham cubes. Give it a quick stir to distribute.
