A very tasty Mexican beer cocktail. This particular version is influenced from Monterrey, Mexico.
1. In a highball glass, put in the ice. The bigger the ice chunks the better.
2. Pour in each ingredient on top of the ice. Save the beer for last
3. Now pour in the beer.
4. Give the drink a small stir - nothing too long or aggressive as you'll lose carbonation.
I've found the type of beer is very important. Beers such as Pacifico make flat tasting Micheladas. Also ice is very important. The beer tends to foam up a lot and loses carbonation without ice. Experiment with your spices. Also you can try salting the rim.
