Heat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Remove the garlic bread from its foil wrapping and split the loaf in half lengthways.
On the bottom half, layer the turkey, bologna, and salami. Don't be shy with the meat - this is a proper sandwich.
Add the sliced green pepper and onion on top of the meat, then give it a good grinding of black pepper.
Top with the mozzarella slices, making sure they cover everything nicely.
Place the top half of the bread back on and wrap the whole thing back in the foil, sealing it properly.
Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese has melted.
Use a sharp serrated knife to cut into 6 portions, or however many you fancy.
