Ingredients

  • 1 pound
    ALBERTSON'S Wide Egg Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon
    butter or margerine
  • ¾ cup
    onion, chopped
  • ¾ pound
    boneless beef sirloin, or ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon
    instant beef bouillon or one cube dissolved in 2/3 cup hot water
  • ¾ cup
    milk
  • 1½ tablespoons
    flour
  • 1½ tablespoons
    Worchestershire sauce
  • 2
    (4oz.) cans mushrooms optional
  • 1 cup
    sour cream

Preparation

  1. 5 mins

    In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add onion.
    Cook 5 minutes or until tender.

  2. Add beef, cook until tender.

  3. Stir together bouillon, milk, flour, Worcestershire and mushrooms.
    Add mixture to skillet.

  4. Heat to a boil, reduce heat to low.

  5. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package instructions.

  6. Stir sour cream into beef mixture, spoon over hot noodles.
    Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
