Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons
    unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon
    lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon
    fresh rosemary leaves, finely chipped
  • ¼ teaspoon
    salt
  • ½ pound
    tagliateli

Preparation

  1. 15 mins

    Saute the musrooms in 1 T butter over medium low heat until browned and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.

  2. 3 mins

    Remove mushrooms with a slotted spoon. Add remaining 3 T butter, brown, then remove from heat and add lemon zest, rosemary, and salt.

  3. 1 min

    Serve over tagliatelle and garnish so it's pretty
