A mostly inaccurate account of quantities and ingredients for what usually resembles a pancake. Lazy and simple; yet sometimes they taste good.
Heat pan on low to medium heat on stove top.
Mix. Add more dry or wet to make a consistent batter.
Pour batter on pan that has been lightly oiled. Coconut oil is a good choice here. Should sizzle a little.
Flip before it burns. Adjust heat as necessary.
Adjust as needed. I don't really measure out the ingredients when making this. I usually make it different each time by varying what I throw in.
