Good old pancakes burns easily no matter how hard I tried, but mixing banana with batter makes all the differnce in terms of both cooking and flavor. This recipe serves 2 (about 8-9 8cm pieces).
Mix all ingredient in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Heat a lightly-oiled pan over medium high heat.
Place 1/8 of the batter onto the pan. Brown both sides. Repeat until no batter left.
