Ingredients

  • 16 ounces
    Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ⅓ cup
    Sugar
  • 2 fluid ounces
    Rum
  • 30
    Lady’s Fingers
  • 2 fluid ounces
    Espresso, May omit if you use extra strong coffee optional
  • 1 cup
    Prepared Coffee
  • 4 tablespoons
    Cocoa Powder
  • 1 ounce
    Shavings of Unsweetened Dark Chocolate optional

  1. 10 mins

    Chill Whipping Cream in a bowl.

  2. 10 mins

    Mix .5 ounces of Rum, Coffee & Espresso in a bowl and chill.

  3. 5 mins

    Whisk the Whipping Cream until it reaches stiff peaks.

    Mix Cheese, Sugar & 1.5 ounces of Rum in a bowl until smooth.

    Fold in the Whipped Cream into the cheese mixture.

    Soak Lady Fingers in Coffee for a few seconds until saturated (coat all sides).
